Installation:

1. Go to "about:debugging".
2. In the "This Firefox" section, click on "Load Temporary Add-on...".
3. Select the "manifest.json" file of the extension that will be installed.

Uninstallation:

1. Go to "about:debugging".
2. In the "This Firefox" section, click on the "Remove" button of the extension you wish to uninstall.
3. Extensions are also uninstalled automatically when you close the browser.
